Nobody tells you when they leave. You just see fewer enquiries than your traffic should bring.
55%
of home pages fail Google's own test for how a site behaves on a phone. Do you know how yours scores?
Web Almanac 2025, from real Chrome data
Every month you leave it is another month of people finding your competitors instead of you.
People land on your site and cannot work out what you do, who it is for, or what to do next.
Visitors turn up, have a look around, and leave without ever calling or filling anything in.
You pay for ads and clicks that land on a site which cannot turn them into enquiries.
It is slow and awkward on a phone, which is where most people will see it first.
A website works when the right people can find it, understand within seconds what you do, and can get in touch without effort. Most sites fail at the first step.
It ranks for what you actually do, in the places you serve, so enquiries arrive from Google before you spend a dollar on ads.
Anyone landing on any page can tell what you do, who it is for and what to do next, from the first screen.
Under three seconds on a phone on mobile data, which is how most people arrive.
The phone number and the form sit on every page, with your best reviews right beside them, so deciding and acting happen in the same place.
Most of the sites we build replace an older one. Week one looks different; the finished site is the same.
Every old web address is pointed at its new home before launch, so the pages Google already trusts keep working.
Week one looks at which pages actually bring people in, and those are rebuilt first.
The new site is built beside the old one and only swapped once you have signed it off.
Words, images and posts move over. You are not retyping five years of work.
Every project has the same four parts. The price levels change how much of each you need.
Every page mapped out before anyone opens a design tool. You approve the plan first.
A design made for your business, with one set of styles across every page.
Every page written to answer what people really type into Google, and structured so it gets found.
A separate page for one advert or one offer, with a single thing to click. Quick to change and easy to measure.
Four stages, all agreed in writing before design starts. The strategy call is where the scope gets set.
Your current site, the competitors beating you in Google, and what your customers really search for. You get it written up either way.
Every page mapped and approved before any design happens. Changes are cheap now and expensive later.
Design, writing, Google settings and visitor tracking all go in together, instead of being bolted on at the end.
We put it live, check the numbers are recording, and hand you a dashboard you can read without us.

Personal brand growth
Since 2019, we've helped Finnigan Fertility build their online presence from scratch, securing top search rankings to bring in new patients.
Brand growth
We have been working with Sterling since 2017, building and managing three distinct web properties targeting Sterling's specific markets.
Brand awareness
We have been working with TPN since 2021, beginning during their stealth phase. Trackstar designed and built the TPN web presence and coordinated the public launch of their project and partnerships.
One client, three years after we built their site.
Flannigan Fertility, checked in July 2026. This is where the site stands today, a snapshot rather than a before and after.
Change it yourself, pay no platform to keep it online, and take it all with you if you leave.
Change your own words and pictures. Most edits need no developer at all.
Design, writing, build and Google setup come from the same people, so nothing gets lost between them.
An old phone, a slow connection or a screen reader all get a site that still works.
Add pages and services later without paying to start over. A new location becomes one more page on the same site.
You pay no platform every month for permission to keep your own site online.
We start from blocks we have already built and tested, so a design made for you costs less than it used to.
Growing businesses across Canada and the US since 2009, with founders still on every account.
We started with one goal: end the headache of messy websites, confusing tools, and marketing you can't measure. Fifteen years later, that's still the whole job.
We work with the platforms proven to get results for businesses like yours.
The people who'll actually work on your business, not a sales layer you never see again.
You get a full team of specialists behind the founders, covering design, development, marketing, and automation.
A fixed price for a fixed list of pages, agreed before we start. Canadian dollars.

We build the pages in advance, so a visitor receives a finished page instead of waiting for one. The industry name is headless CMS; the tool we use is Astro.

Our way
Where your words live
Some projects suit the traditional way better, and we say so:
Whatever we build on, we join it up with HubSpot, n8n and Google Analytics.
| Our way Our setup: Astro plus a separate content system | WordPress | Webflow | Framer | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| How fast it loads | Built ahead, so it arrives ready | Depends on your theme and add-ons | Good. Extra code comes with it | Good, slower with moving parts |
| Who changes the words | Anyone, and they cannot touch the layout | Almost anyone | You, in their editor | You, but built for designers |
| What it costs to run | Hosting only, usually nothing | Hosting, plus yearly add-ons | Monthly per site, more per editor | Monthly per site |
| Keeping it working | Nothing to update | Software and add-on updates, most weeks | Webflow handles it | Framer handles it |
| Getting hacked | No login or database to attack | The most attacked software there is | They handle it | They handle it |
| Google settings | Total control | Total, through an add-on | Good, some limits | Fewer controls than the rest |
| If you switch agency | You keep all of it | You keep all of it | Pages yes, editing system no | Only part of it |
| Best suited to | Sites that must rank, load fast and grow | Big publishers who are not technical | Teams who move layout themselves | Design led and campaign pages |
Three things people ask for that we turn down, and it is better you know now than after a call.
The things people ask us before they start.
Most take five to six weeks from the day we start to the day it goes live. Bigger ones take longer, and we tell you which yours is before you sign anything. The usual hold up is waiting for photos and information, which is why we ask for them on day one.
Usually within two to three weeks of the call, once the scope is signed and the first payment is in. If we are booked further out, you hear the real date on the call, before you commit to anything.
No. The design is built for your business from a set of styles we make for you. Underneath, we reuse our own building blocks, which is why a custom site costs less than it used to, but nobody else is walking around with your design.
For a one page site that nobody needs to find on Google, they are fine, and we will tell you so. They start to cost you once the site has to rank, load fast on a phone and grow: you pay every month, the pages are heavier, and you cannot take the site with you if you leave. A site that has to bring in work is a different job.
Vancouver, British Columbia. We work with businesses across Canada and the United States, and projects run on calls in your own timezone. Our office address is at the bottom of this page.
You do. The design, the code, the domain, the hosting account and the analytics are all in your name. If you ever want to work with someone else, you take the whole thing with you and nothing stays behind with us.
Most clients change their own words and pictures, because that is the point of keeping the content separate from the design. For bigger changes you can buy time as you need it or put us on a monthly plan.
Yes. The site is built to rank from day one, and when you want someone pushing it further, SEO, local SEO and Google Ads are separate services. If you would rather have one team run all of it, that is the All-in-One Growth Plan.
Yes, and it is included. Every page is written as part of the build rather than left for you to fill in. Words written after the design is finished have to fit around it, when it should be the other way round.
Yes, as separate services: ecommerce websites for shops, web development for custom apps and portals, and UX/UI design for the screens inside them. Ask on the call and we point you to the right one.
That is fine, and it happens fairly often. We can build from their designs, or take on the parts they do not cover, such as the writing, the Google side and the technical build.
We do not pitch on the call, and we do not put you into a follow up sequence afterwards. If it is not a fit, we say so there and then.
Thirty minutes, on video or phone, whichever you prefer.
Before the call we read your current site and check what Google shows for your main services, so we are not starting cold.
A written scope, a page list and a price. Yours to keep, whether or not you work with us.
